DescriptionHi, I am Josh, Director of Production at Musora Media, we are looking for a Production Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to be hands on, and part of a music environment!
You will be working predominantly with the studio and video team, providing production-related support, managing equipment, instruments and technology. You will also provide support to the IT team, and Facilities Manager/Lead Drum Tech as needed.

You will be working predominantly with the studio and video team, providing production-related support, managing equipment, instruments and technology. You will also provide support to the IT team, and Facilities Manager/Lead Drum Tech as needed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support production teams during studio setup/tear down equipment, including lights, cameras, lenses and various production equipment.
- Production storage maintenance including cleanliness, acquisition and cataloging, organization, location tracking with Cheqroom (Our asset management software), supplying detail to Asset Accountant in Finance
- Support smooth operation of Studios through cleanliness including cable management, returning unused items, instrument clearing
- Operation of live streams from designated studio, Townhall meetings, live sound at events or company functions and more
- Working closely with the Studio Coordinator and Facilities Manager to ensure smooth daily operations through supply of instruments, pickups and drop-offs, shipping and receiving
- Support set building and striking, furniture installation
- Support P&C admin assistant on duties including moving items, lifting, installing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
- Ability to exhibit the Company's Core Values: Empathy, Passion, and Grit.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience within the production industry either in television, film, and/or live events
- Strong knowledge and a continued desire to grow knowledge on a large variety of musical equipment including drums, piano, guitar and others, as well as musical-related technology including PA systems, basic recording and streaming equipment
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-aware and able to manage their own and other's emotions in a professional manner, with a high sense of emotional intelligence
- Willingness to learn and grow within this industry
- Valid driver's license and Passport with daily access to a vehicle
