ARE YOU THE ONE WE NEED?

Automotive repair and maintenance experience would be preferred. We're looking for a communicative person with a desire to grow and an eye for detail. Sales skills would be helpful. Does that sound like you? If so, and you meet the following criteria, we want you!

• 4-5 years of experience as a service advisor
• Knowledge about auto repair and maintenance services
• Computer proficiency and ability to use service management software
• Valid driver's license

DAY-TO-DAY

You typically work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Our Automotive Service Advisor works closely with our expert technicians and valued customers to facilitate smooth service appointments. You're responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately documenting their issues. You recommend services, schedule appointments, and provide work estimates. While their vehicle is being worked on, you keep the client up to date on the work's progress and process their payments.
