POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a full-time person to join our parts team, with the opportunity to be successful and grow within our company. This person will need to have experience working in or managing a parts department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts person will assist with all needs of the Parts Department at Headwater Equipment Sales.

PAY AND SALARY INFORMATION

• Pay will be between $20-$33per hour depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the inventory of stock in an organized manner
• Assist in the Headwater yard and warehouse as needed
• Stocking and pulling parts from the warehouse
• Shipping and receiving of parts
• Maintain the sales of parts
• Adhering to customers' needs in the office, via phone and email

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in Heavy Duty Parts department
• Journeyperson Certification
• Must speak, read and write English
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate equipment (i.e. forklift, Telehandler) with training provided by Headwater
• Strong time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Conscientious and a fast learner
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of projects and tasks
• Sales and customer service abilities
• Reliable, punctual and dependable
• Professional attitude and willing to work in a team environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to our code of conduct, company values and procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Located in an office environment
• 9 Hour work day Monday to Friday
• Routinely required to life items weighing up to 50 lbs

A bit about Headwater

We are a Heavy Equipment Sales and Service Company, we refurbish and repair late model CAT/Deere/Hitachi equipment. We are also the authorized dealer for Sany and Rokbak Trucks as well as a repair center for Cummins, Isuzu and Scania. Headwater runs a very clean modern shop with separate Welding, Wash and Paint Bays in Coalhurst AB. With over 25 field service and welding trucks, we pride ourselves on hiring and retaining good people.
