Join 1-800-GOT-JUNK?! - the company that's revolutionizing junk removal - as our new Team Lead, Inside Sales! We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead by example, coaching and mentoring a small team of Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll drive sales results and foster a positive team culture. You'll also manage relationships with franchise partners and support the broader sales team as a quality advocate, ensuring consistency for all Local Commercial customers. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Leading Sales Excellence: Guide and inspire your sales team to set and surpass targets through strategic outbound B2B sales initiatives. Your leadership will drive the team towards achieving exceptional results.
  • Building Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with Operations Managers, General Managers, and Franchise Partners within your team's portfolios. Engage in monthly strategy calls, addressing operational roadblocks, and providing unwavering support to sales representatives in fostering their own franchise connections.
  • Strategic Pricing and Support: Offer invaluable pricing and strategic assistance on significant bids and estimates. Utilize our sophisticated gross profit margin calculator to ensure competitive pricing, supporting your team throughout the negotiation process with both Franchise Partners and customers.
  • Team Development: Take pride in developing, training, and coaching a team of Inside Sales Representatives to excel in their roles. Your mentorship will empower them to reach their full potential and drive collective success.
  • Program Advocacy: Serve as a passionate ambassador for our Inside Sales Program and Local Commercial initiatives within the 1800-GOT-JUNK? system. Proactively engage with franchise partners, showcasing the value of our programs and fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • CRM Expertise: Harness the power of our CRM platform (Salesforce) for efficient follow-up, coaching, and reporting. Don't worry if you're new to Salesforce – we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Consistency Champion: Support the broader Inside Sales team as a beacon of consistency. Conduct workflow audits and participate in call shadowing sessions to uphold the highest standards of Local Commercial sales practices in alignment with the "1-800-GOT-JUNK? way".
  • Travel Opportunities: Overnight travel, occurring at least six times a year.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of surpassing targets
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively influence others
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies, particularly in a B2B setting
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a dedication to driving continuous improvement

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary $53,000 - $60,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
