Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist who is passionate about data-driven marketing and is adept at managing and enhancing data systems and platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can audit, integrate, and streamline data processes to boost marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of current data systems and platforms including HubSpot, Ortto, Jira, Make.com and the FISPAN platform to understand and document existing data structures and integration points.
  • Design and implement strategies to normalize data across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy of marketing data.
  • Build and maintain robust marketing data pipelines.
  • Qualify and triage incoming leads based on set criteria.
  • Analyze customer interaction data to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the customer journey.
  • Develop and test strategies to enhance the conversion rates from demo to production.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and deploy event markers for crucial milestones in the customer journey, such as plugin updates or first payments.
  • Use event markers to trigger targeted communications aimed at increasing educational engagement and product adoption.
  • Gather and analyze product feedback from unconverted leads to inform product development.
  • Examine current installation processes to identify and address drop-off points and barriers.
  • Implement process improvements or introduce additional support mechanisms to enhance user experience and increase completion rates.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
