Job Title: Engineering Advisor, M365Job ID: KB339180719Location: Toronto, ON – Remote/HybridOverview:Want to help our enterprise financial services client implement a best-in-class collaborative work solution? As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will implement and support 3rd party vendor SaaS solutions which provide the full suite of desktop productivity capabilities to the enterprise.What you will be doing:

• Serving as an engineering technical lead for the M365 end-user migration, you will research, develop, troubleshoot, resolve, and iterate solutions.
• Overcome challenges with component applications and capabilities (as detailed above).
• Collaborate with end user services colleagues to ensure component application installation and configuration within the desktop operating system, including virtualized desktops, is optimized for performance as well functionality delivery.
• Review of operating system level configuration, patch/version levels, peripheral drivers for cameras, video cards, microphones, speakers, headsets, and any other such hardware critical to the collaboration experience.

What you must have:Expert level expertise Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions, including but not limited to the following:

• Azure Information Protection/Data Classification
• Customer Lockbox/Customer Key
• Information Barriers
• OneDrive/Sharepoint Online
• Exchange Online
• M365 Apps for Enterprise packaging, deployment, and regular update
• PowerApps
• InTune
• Autopilot provisioning

Expert level familiarity with desktop operating system technologies and related software, including but not limited to the following:

• Windows 10
• Windows registry, device drivers, software installation, configuration, and interoperability testing/troubleshooting (procmon, TSS, and other data gathering toolsets)
• Performance optimization and impact troubleshooting (perfmon/procmon, wireshark, aternity, core dump, and other data gathering toolsets)

Nice to Have:Strong expertise with third party collaboration solutions, including but not limited to the following:

• Webex
• Slack
• SCCM/Desktop Application Packaging
• Anti-Malware/EndPoint Protection/DLP/Privileged Access Control
• MacOS
