In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who we are looking for:

As a Senior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator, you will lead the implementation of BIM on projects. You will leverage your expertise in BIM methodologies to strategize and implement BIM standards and practices effectively. You will work collaboratively with project teams to define BIM requirements, coordinate with external consultants, and implement BIM best practices, standards, workflows, systems, and tools.

What you will do:

  • Develop and integrate BIM Execution Plans (BXPs) for projects, defining and upholding standards for consistency across the projects.
  • Define and maintain clear documentation of BIM processes, workflows, and project-specific guidelines.
  • Prepare models for review and conduct clash detection as per BXP.
  • Perform regular audits of BIM for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide project teams with support on BIM-based deliverables for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
  • Manage BIM data, including organization, naming conventions, and version control.

What you will bring:

  • Degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Building Transformations (CANBIM) certification, Level 2 minimum.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional BIM experience.
  • Experience with Revit (Intermediate).
  • Model coordination software expertise (Navisworks Manage, ACC – Model Coordination).
  • Common Data Environment software expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the studio.
