Job Title:Junior Law Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Law Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for the practice of law. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced attorneys, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
  2. Responsible for the management of clients' files from inception to close.
  3. With the assistance of senior counsel will create own book of business.
  4. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  5. Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and management.
  6. Attend client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings as needed.
  7. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
  8. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and insights.
  10. Perform administrative tasks related to casework and firm operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Passed the Bar Exam
  3. Strong legal research and writing skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
