Position Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis for Truckstop.com. The position will report to the Director of Finance FP&A and work closely with all functions within the company.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic financial plans.
• Develop, publish and speak to KPI's and metrics to measure and manage the company.
• Build positive relationships with budget owners to develop budgets, work through forecast changes, department reporting and be the go-to person.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new business and new product initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed including mergers and acquisitions support.
• Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate the planning, forecasting and reporting processes to provide the management team information in a simple and timely manner.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business to provide thoughtful input for management decision making.
• Support the finance and accounting organization as needed for month-end close, annual audit, statutory reporting and external reporting requirements.
• Implement and own new financial systems, processes and documentation.
• Act as financial liaison to the various functions throughout the company.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor of Administration (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of FP&A, Accounting or Finance experience in the SaaS or software industry, CPA or MBA a plus.
• A Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
• 5+ years annual budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
• 5+ Experience creating dashboards and reporting in system such as Domo, Adaptive Insights, Intacct and Salesforce.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$89,000—$105,000 USD
