Arrowquip is a rapidly growing company that designs and manufacturers cattle management and handling equipment for international distribution. We base our designs on cattle behaviour and strive to keep cattle, ranchers, and their families safe. The Role:

• Lead creative processes from concept to execution
• Manage a brand/creative team
• Ensure all creative designs align with company's brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging
• Develop and execute creative strategies
• Analyze and report on creative campaigns and initiatives
• Manage and mentor creative team
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand identity and achieve company's objectives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create solutions
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors
• Stay relevant with industry trends and incorporate them into creative processes

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Branding, or a related field
• Experience with UI and UX designs
• 3+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction
• Experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Leadership and management skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
