Who Are We Looking For? Thirdera is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect knowledgeable and skilled in Employee Center & Service Portal. Our ServiceNow Solution Architect will build dynamic portals for customers to interact with Employee engagement, service delivery and IT support teams. A unified portal where employees can find information and get help from HR, IT, and other company departments. Designing, architecting, and serving as the Lead developer alone or on a team responsible for the development of new ServiceNow Portal solutions, and enhancements to existing environments. Responsibilities:
  • Architecting, designing, developing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions that are simple, intuitive, and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality of ServiceNow to meet their specific business needs.
  • Solutions across any / or combination of ServiceNow Service Portal & Employee Center solutions
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable ServiceNow and JavaScript code
  • Develop on the ServiceNow platform including applications, database integration, interfaces, and / or new functionality enhancements
Qualifications:
  • Designing, architecting and lead developer of ServiceNow implementations and integrations required
  • 4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow implementations and / or integrations required or
  • 2+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow implementations and / or integrations AND 3+ prior experience with web technologies required
  • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator - required
  • ServiceNow Service Portal Fundamentals - required
  • Employee Center and Employee Center Pro - required
  • ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist - CIS - HRSD - desired
  • ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer - desired
  • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as RESTful and SOAP APIs - required
  • Experienced with all of these skills: ServiceNow, JavaScript, Angular JS, CSS, and HTML - required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven collaborator
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering desired (or related Technical field)
