49 Solutions is looking for a Project Management to apply for a Request for Proposal for the Bank of Canada. If successful, the resource will be on a full-time contract and is a Hybrid role. You will be required to go to the head office of the Bank of Canada 8 times a month. Please see below for the requirements.

Requirements
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:
Under the direction of the Director, Platforms & Connectivity Services:
• Assist with creating the existing work breakdown into a comprehensive working plan
• Coordinate daily scrum huddles encouraging lean agile software development principles.
• Coordinate work with members of various stakeholder groups
• Highlight and escalate issues and blockers appropriately
• Assist with creating and maintaining a robust high-level Gantt and RAG status dashboard reporting to Senior management
• Other activities and deliverables, as required
Required Qualifications and Skills
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
• A minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in assisting IT projects in large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and/or similar collaborative delivery tools.
• Demonstrated experience with supporting teams through various types of testing including, disaster recovery, performance/load, functional and full regression.
Additional Qualifications The following will also be considered:
• Demonstrated experience in Agile projects (SCRUM)
• Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience with delivery in SaaS environments
• Demonstrated experience with DevOps (Jenkins, GitHUB)
• Software development background
