Controller
The Controller is a mid-senior position responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company and oversees the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements. Using a forward-looking approach, you will lead the accounting team in developing financial information.
What we look for?
  • Experience in managing a multi-level and multi-companies in different jurisdictions.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Working experience in Power BI, Synapse and/or Power Query.
  • Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • At minimum five years in management role.
  • CPA designation.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Broad knowledge of income and excise tax rules.
  • Exposure to end-to-end Finance function.
  • Proven track record in project cost accounting and reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in internal controls and processes is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

What will you do?
Responsible for overall Accounting & Booking keeping function
  • Design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the accuracy & timeliness of financial reporting, consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
  • Responsible for overall accounting policies, working papers & revision basis latest regulatory framework
  • Evolving current accounting operations to manage the growth of the organization in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Monitoring payment processing & improving overall efficiency for vendor & statutory payments
  • Responsible for budgeting & closely monitoring the general & administrative expenses of the corporation
Provide management with information vital to decision-making process
  • Maintaining the chart of accounts and internal control systems over accounting transactions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed.
  • Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently, including tax planning and compliance.
  • Managing the Enterprise Risk Management plan & setting up the framework for internal controls & overall risk mapping
  • Responsible for driving special projects as Accounting lead
Supervisory responsibilities
  • Interviews and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
