DescriptionReena is actively looking to hire for a Human Resource (HR) Assistant role in partnership with the Canada Summer Jobs Program. The ideal candidate would provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources Department.
This is a position supported by the Canada Summer Jobs Program. The duration of the program is eight weeks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensures employee files and records are maintained following legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
  • Administrative support to human resources and recruitment area
  • Note-taking in meetings and committees
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
University degree or Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources
General knowledge of current employment legislations and HR best practice
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
Ability to work well in a team setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and upgrade their skills
Participants should be willing to commit to the full duration of the work assignment (eight weeks)
