The Sales and Contracts Administrator is responsible for seamlessly facilitating sales operations and contract management. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales & Contracts Administrator provides invaluable support to our sales team by managing leads, preparing sales materials, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing sales inquiries, Simultaneously, the Sales & Contracts Administrator is involved in meticulously overseeing our contract lifecycle, maintaining accuracy within each individual contract, ensuring compliance with company policies, , optimizing document organization, and coordinating all work and timelines with the operations teams.. The Sales and Contracts Administrator contributes to the Startec Refrigeration Service's success by driving sales efficiency, maintaining robust customer relationships, and upholding rigorous contract management standards, ultimately playing a vital role in the overall success and integrity of the Startec Refrigeration Service's sales and contractual operations.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):SALES SUPPORT (Weighting 30%)Lead Management
- Collaborate with sales to identify leads and prospects.
- Assist in lead research and data collection.
- Input and maintain lead data in CRM.
- Track lead progress in the sales pipeline.
- Create compelling sales materials tailored to clients.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles.
- Maintained organized contract records.
- Ensure contract compliance and accuracy.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Monitor contract expiration and renewal.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews.
- Analyze data for insights and recommendations.
- Implement improvements based on data.
- Generate routine sales and contract reports.
- Manage CRM usage and training for the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in sales support, contract administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and contract management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of sales processes and contract law
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
