Intercultural Trainer, Culture Connects

About

Within the growingly diverse communities of New Brunswick, the ability to navigate and appreciate the multitude of cultures is not just an asset; it's a necessity. The need for cultural competency training has never been more critical. New Brunswick is a testament to the power of diversity, with communities that range from the indigenous Mi'gmaq, Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet), and Peskotomuhkatiyik (Passamaquoddy) peoples to a growing number of immigrants and refugees from around the world.

As businesses strive to reflect and respect this diversity internally and in their customer base, cultural competency training becomes an indispensable building block in every industry.

This imperative is where NBMC's Culture Connects cultural competency program steps in. It is designed to empower teams with the knowledge and skills to navigate and leverage cultural diversity and NBMC is seeking a bilingual Intercultural Trainer to help make that happen.

Position Overview

NBMC Overview
