Description of Role:
As a Job Captain, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your excellent technical expertise, project management skills, and dedication to delivering high-quality results will contribute significantly to their firm's continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure seamless project execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts, construction documents, and technical drawings.
- Translate design ideas into comprehensive, detailed plans that comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare architectural models and drawings using Revit and other modeling software.
- Oversee the coordination of consultants and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with the design intent.
- Resolve design and construction issues, and make recommendations to ensure project success.
Must Haves:
- 6+ years experience working on high rise residential projects.
- Relevant experience in a Job Captain or Project Coordinator position.
- Advanced training and work experience in Revit.
- A professional degree in Architecture.
Nice-to-haves:
