Canada Worker Trades is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator/Estimator with prior store fixtures and millwork manufacturing experience. This is a full-time position with a large company established in the industrial hearth of Concord (Vaughan).Responsibilities:

• Ability to monitor production and ensure fixtures are produced to meet customer deadlines and
  standards
• Identify all items required for projects, issue purchase orders, and follow up to ensure items are
  received in excellent condition and correct quantity
• Interact with the operation of the warehouse to ensure working knowledge of current inventory
• Manage project schedule to ensure project completion on a set date
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers and sub-contractors
• Liaising with on-site personnel, customers, and trades to arrange and confirm delivery and
  installations windows

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively
• Enjoy providing quality customer service, have a professional, cheerful and positive demeanor
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
  
• Experience in the fixture industry is an asset
  
• Must have reliable transportation
• 3-5 years in Project Management is an asset.
