Role Description

The Insurance Client Prospecting is a full/part-time (located in Richmond Hill, ON) on-site with possibility for remote role. Your role is to generate leads either by cold calling or in person, for individuals or businesses. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to accept a free quote and set appointments for licensed insurance representatives. The individual must be providing exceptional customer service, sharing the office values.

Qualifications.

• Exceptional communication skills, specifically over the phone.
• Sales experience is required, telemarketing (cold calling) is an advantage
• English language – Superior, bilingual skills is preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, etc.)
• Persuasiveness and the ability to convince strangers to take the desired action
• Focus and the ability to generate multiple leads in accordance with established targets
• Patience to take an appropriate decision to answer their questions and hear their concerns
• Following protocol to keep customers' personal information secure and adhering to quality assurance standards.
