About this role

We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join the Power Quality (Preventative Maintenance) team in our Burnaby office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and schedule technician and contractors
  • Regular customer follow ups (re: quotes, report drop offs, sending reminders for service renewals)
  • Set up, enter and review work orders
  • Provide billing and invoicing for service
  • Track reports and customer renewals to ensure completion
  • File documents, ensure document control, and provide other administrative support

Your experience and skills

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative, support, role,
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). Experience with JDE an asset.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team player with strong customer service skills
  • Flexible with the proven ability to multi task in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Basic electrical or construction knowledge is an asset

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
