Who We Are

Turner Fleischer is one of Canada's most progressive design studios with 250+ committed, creative and driven professionals. Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who Are We Looking For

As a Communications Specialist, you will embody the studio's brand identity and voice, bolstering our digital presence through impactful communication on diverse platforms. Leveraging strong writing skills, you will articulate the studio's distinct value proposition to internal and external audiences, elevating our market standing and cultivating meaningful connections. You will develop and execute our social media strategy, curating content, and engage with our audience to enhance our online visibility and impact.

What You Will Do

  • Craft written content across various channels and formats while collaborating closely with studio members to align content with Turner Fleischer (TF)'s distinctive brand voice and studio goals.
  • Reinforce marketing objectives and communication standards.
  • Oversee and refine a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely releases for brand standards and audience engagement.
  • Manage TF's social media channels and contribute to the social media strategies.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in reporting the progress and impact of our content by analyzing relevant metrics.

What You Will Bring

  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Communication Specialist.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, with 4 days in the studio.
