1. **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure-based data solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.2. **Azure Data Lake and Databases**: Architect, deploy, and manage Azure Data Lake storage solutions and databases (e.g., SQL Database, Cosmos DB), ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.3. **Migration Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies for on-premises data assets to Azure, leveraging Azure services and tools to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.4. **Azure Data Factory (ADF) Expertise**: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, orchestrating data workflows and transformations across disparate sources and targets.5. **Azure Database (ADB) Skills**: Configure, manage, and optimize Azure Database services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and other relational and non-relational database offerings.6. **Performance Tuning and Optimization**: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities within Azure data solutions, implementing tuning strategies and best practices to enhance system performance and efficiency.7. **Security and Compliance**: Ensure data security and compliance requirements are met across Azure data solutions, implementing appropriate security controls, encryption mechanisms, and auditing procedures.8. **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, data engineers, and IT teams, to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and communicate project status and updates effectivelY
