Freshwater Motor-Plex - Parts and Service Associate

Freshwater Motor-Plex has an immediate full-time opening for a customer service/front counter position in our Parts and Service department. Located in St. John's, we are a retailer that specializes in new and used Polaris and Suzuki recreational vehicles. We also provide parts and service, as well as a large selection of accessories and apparel.

Successful candidate would possess:

• Good oral communication skills
• General computer knowledge
• Both a courteous and professional demeanor
• The ability to work in a fast–paced environment

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Greeting customers at counter
• Schedule appointments for automotive repairs, service and maintenance
• Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience.
• Answer customer questions promptly and positively.
• Keep customers updated on any changes that occur.
• Advise customers on necessary services and estimated costs.
• Review finished work order with the valued customer.
• Searching and picking parts as requested by customers.
• Ordering parts as needed
• Issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use
• Receiving, unpacking and sorting incoming parts orders
• Handling cash transactions
• Other duties deemed appropriate for such position.
