Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with PO, business analysts, and technical teams, Contact Center and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ability to define, architect and delivery business solution using Sales, Service cloud voice, Marketing and Financial Clouds
Hands on design and development experience
Team player and working with dev, business, release management and operations team to development and implement Salesforce platform-based solution.
Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement.
Integration with Salesforce with legacy systems including Java/JEE, MuleSoft, AWS Connect, Adobe AEM content management and other application.
Defining and tracking SLA/ project's progress, lead technical team and provide technical help.
Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing.
Required Skills:
Experience on delivering and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
Experience in implementing Salesforce Experience/communities, Marketing, Sales, Services / Service voice connect and financial clouds.
Defining, creating and managing custom objects, creating page lay outs, page validations, formulas and workflow rules using Salesforce.com
Hands-on experience on APEX, Visual force, Lightning Flow components, Salesforce back-end coding
