Key Information:

• Must have a basic understanding on computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, and Google drive.
• Must be able to screen candidates to discuss previous experience & qualifications and determine eligibility of potential hires.
• Hours: Based on a 40-hour week. (Monday-Friday) Overtime when required.
• Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:

• Communicate with the site supervisors regarding manpower needs (Primarily superintendents, but also project managers and general foreman when needed).
• Screen candidates to discuss previous experience & qualifications and determine eligibility of potential hires.
• Post new ads when requisitions for manpower are received.
• Screen candidates to discuss previous experience & qualifications and determine eligibility of potential hires.
• Schedule orientation and onboarding process for all new hires.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

• Must have a basic understanding on computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, and Google drive.
• An outgoing and optimistic personality.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime, when necessary.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.
• Proficient English language skills required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
