• Work onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada up to 5 days a week collaborating with the team
• Management of program migrations, ensuring adherence to defined T-schedules and alignment with OCM activities
• Coordination of readiness activities across technical streams and stakeholders to ensure successful migration batches
• Conducting daily post-migration calls to validate cutover activities and Go/No Go sessions
• Deep understanding of ongoing migration activities, including business engagement scheduling and coordination with technical, Change Management, and support teams
• Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule

• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Exceptional technical knowledge
• Project management skills to assign tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Risk management skills to assess technical strategies and security controls
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
