We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Gardening Crew Leader to help oversee our gardeners in various locations. As a Gardening Crew Leader you will be responsible for managing a team , ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
- Driving to and from various sites
- Direct and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects and/or garden maintenance.
- Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
- Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping. Provide consistent and timely communication with team members and managers.
- Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
- Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues.
- Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
- Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.
- Perform general landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, tree wells, garden clean ups, plant care (disease and pest control, dead heading, fertilization, soil amendments, light pruning, bed edging,
- Use of Safety apps
- Participate in Health and Safety
- Adhere to Health and Safety, company policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid class 5 drivers license, with 3 years of personal insurance history (experience letter), clean abstract
- Possess strong leadership skills with crew and ability to communicate effectively with management to meet deadlines.
- Able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Can properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
