Do you have a passion for style and health & wellness? Do you have a proven sales track record breaking into new markets and developing a loyal customer base? If you do, we are interested in speaking with you as we look to grow our sales team! We have been dressing the teams of some of the most renowned brands in the world – selling uniforms to large and small medical, spa, dental and wellness businesses is closely tied to helping companies show up professionally. With a recent expansion into medical and dental uniforms, this marks an exciting opportunity to represent our innovative, high-quality brand, backed by unparalleled customer support, primarily targeting the US market.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual driven by ambitious goals, independence, and a proactive mindset to join us as Global Sales Executive. In this role, your primary focus will be on identifying and securing deals with potential B2B clients across various industries including medi-spas, dental practices, surgery centers, and beyond. Our product experts will support you throughout the sales process and provide you with the best tools and tips to secure new business. You must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the wellness, medi-spa, or medical and dental sectors.
  • Demonstrated resilience in sales and adherence to professional etiquette.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of closing deals effectively.
  • A strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-management capabilities for daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in PPT, Excel, and CRM platforms.
  • Solid professional references.

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience in strategic business development.
  • Strong financial analytic skills.
  • Portfolio of existing contacts within the medical, dental, nursing, spa, medi-spa, and hospitals.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

For this position, we offer:

  • Remote (~25% travel to meetings, trade shows and conferences)
  • Semi-annual meetings in Vancouver, BC
  • Competitive compensation package based on industry benchmarks: base salary with a transparent commission structure, with uncapped and residual variable compensation based on the "size of the prize."
