Our client has initiated a project that is responsible for delivering a wide ranges of IT infrastructure projects. They are looking for several Intermediate Network Analysts to lead and work on these projects to upgrade network equipment in acute hospital communication rooms within the Lower Mainland.
Responsibilities:

• Perform site visits and assessments.
• Create project documentation
• Ability to replace core switches. (Migration of settings from legacy to new, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendor to replace a legacy Metro circuit with a new CE circuit.
• Support the vendor pre-field, staging, and implementation activities for circuit replacement.
• Coordinate vendor decommissioning of legacy Metro circuit.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a university degree or technical diploma in a program such as communications technology plus appropriate vendor network certification, and
• 4 years of recent data networking experience.
• 3 years of demonstrated experience with network equipment implementation / planning, site assessments, application of network standards and network issue problem-solving / trouble- shooting.
