Treasury Analyst
The treasury analyst actively supports the group's treasury operations, including time-sensitive and actionable analysis to support project financings/investments. You will be responsible with creating reports or presentations for stakeholders.
What we look for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative field.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a related field or role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as visualization tools to create effective charts, tables, and graphs.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and/or relational databases.
  • Ability to recognize key risks and question existing tasks/methodologies with a view to improving overall processes, generating efficiencies, and strengthening the existing control environment.
  • Very comfortable with statistical, financial, or computational modeling.
  • Effectively communicates insights to their supervisor or other project stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What will you do?
Supports financial of real properties, both under construction as well as those operating in an asset portfolio.
  • Assist in the administration and management of the Company's credit facilities by modeling any associated assets, costs, and cash inflows.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and detailed project advance (quantity surveyor) reports.
  • Supporting year-end and interim audits.
Monitors project and company cash flows.
  • Providing insight to the treasury manager on daily cash/banking activities to identify continuous improvements to our processes.
  • Supporting in a wide range of Treasury related administrative and operative tasks contributing to smooth daily operations.
Prepares various financial reports.
  • Assisting in or leading the creation of large financial models and dashboards.
  • Verifying the integrity of data sets from a variety of sources.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
