Overview:
As an Advanced HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping new operational concepts and techniques, tackling complex assignments that demand autonomous decision-making. You will be pivotal in managing HR services and addressing Tier 2 queries, in addition to supporting Tier 3 queries and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Life Cycle and System Management:
- Execute all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes including payroll, benefits, compensation, reporting, and leaves of absence.
- Apply deep process knowledge to guide employees through changes, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Resolve complex issues, serving frequently as a lead resource or escalation point for the team.
- Identify trends and initiate process improvements in collaboration with management or the HRSS Project and Services Team.
- Manage HR systems data and files meticulously to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness.
- Adapt swiftly to new HR systems configurations and participate actively in system UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Generate both standard and specialized reports for HR stakeholders and line management.

Center of Excellence (COE) Process Expertise:
- Understand fundamental programs and COE processes, respond to related queries, and guide managers appropriately.

- Support HR systems navigation to resolve queries from employees and managers, including platforms like Workday.
- Comply with and execute SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and process support by adhering to established protocols.
- Uphold strict compliance with SOX, Employee Data Governance, and other relevant standards.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data transactions and communications.

- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within a complex and dynamic environment.
