About the position

As a core member of the cross-functional technology team, the candidate will be uniquely positioned to influence the development and implementation of technologies. Ideal candidates must:

• Have a good understanding of what it takes to bring a product to market.
• Be able to interact with clients and end users, including occasional travel.
• Be focused on seeing the big picture while also solving highly specific technical challenges.
• Take ownership and initiative of projects.
• Demonstrate persistence and have a do-what-it-takes attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in taking a product from design to manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with electro-mechanical systems.
• Engineering documentation processes and working within a PDM framework.
• Experience with sensor/component selection and packaging.
• Excellent knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks preferred).
