Godspeed Workforce is seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our contingent and permanent recruiting division. Reporting to the management team, the Director will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening our recruiting sales.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain top talent for our clients
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Collaborate with the management team to create policies, procedures, and standards for the permanent recruiting division
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions
- Use recruitment tools and technology to streamline the recruiting process and maximize efficiency
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to keep up with industry trends and best practices
- Track, monitor and report on key performance indicators for the permanent recruiting division
- Manage recruitment budgets and expenses, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations in Canada
About You
- 7-10 years of experience in the staffing industry
- Experience working on RFPs and ability to handle national accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Ability to lead a sales team of 10+ members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Proficient in recruitment tools and technologies
- Familiarity with relevant employment legislation and regulations in Canada
- Bilingual in English and French would be an asset
