As a Leasing/Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial leasing and marketing of the company. This multifaceted role requires a combination of organizational, communication, and marketing skills to effectively promote and lease properties, and support the marketing needs of the organization and as whole.

Responsibilities:

Property Promotion:

· Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.

· Create engaging content for property listings, including descriptions, photos, and virtual tours.

· Manage online listings across various platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.

· Coordinate signage, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

Tenant Communication:

· Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits.

· Schedule property tours and follow up with prospective tenants to gauge interest and collect feedback.

· Assist in preparing leasing documents and agreements.

Administrative Support:

· Maintain organized leasing files and documentation.

· Coordinate lease signings and move-in processes.

Market Research:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Provide insights and recommendations to optimize leasing and marketing strategies.

Event Coordination:

· Assist in planning and coordinating leasing events, open houses, and property tours.

· Attend industry events to network and promote properties.

Customer Service:

· Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.

· Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

· Education in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

· Previous experience in leasing, property management, or marketing is advantageous.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
