What you will do in this role:

· Answer inbound service phone calls with the intent to provide excellent customer service

· Create a seamless customer experience by assisting clients with all necessary requirements to book a service appointment

· Ensure appropriate documentation of all customer related questions, requests and leads

· Act as a Mercedes-Benz Burlington Ambassador in all interactions

At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.
