Job Type: CASUAL
Job Outline:
This position is responsible for the clerical, administrative and customer focused service support for the inpatient units including the management of information flow.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Medical Terminology Course from a recognized Community College or equivalent organization
  • Recent related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a very busy work environment
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Supports the mission, vision and values of the Hospital
  • Maintains corporate standards including ethics and confidentiality policies
