Our client, a world-renowned water feature design firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect or Landscape Architect to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Architect or Landscape architect preferred with 3-7 years of experience
  
• Strong design presentation skill is a must
  
• Strong communication is a must
  
• Strong portfolio is a must
  
• 2D (CAD, photoshop, indesign, etc) and 3D (SketchUp or similar) needed
  
• Will require the person to work directly with design clients and making various presentations
  
• Will be reporting to a senior designer within our consultancy design department
  
• Main responsibilities will include business development, coming up with water feature concept idea for clients and making design presentations
  
• Travel to abroad for design workshops
  
• Develop “Future Sales”: Emphasis on relationship development with targeted clients (LARCH, Aquatic Designers, Owner Groups, Artists and Contractors) to get products specified for both projects today and tomorrow with a plan to help client achieve the target revenue.
  
• Collaboration: Play a design support role to help the client's sales' team get product revenue for client to achieve the target revenue
  
• Passion: Be given the latitude to identify and pursue 1-3 “Brand-able” projects a year that will build the client's name based on, but not limited to; key region(s), key relationships, key working strategies, key water feature locations, key water/lighting/technology effects, key client(s) etc.
  
• Miscellaneous: Undertake any other assignments as reasonably issued by the Director, Special Projects.
