Position:

This job description is for a Landscape Property Care Foreperson. The ideal candidate will posses 2-3 year minimum of landscaping experience in soft scaping, has a love for being outside in ever changing conditions, is detail - oriented, has the ability to mentor and lead others and takes pride in the work that is accomplished.

Role Requirements

Behavioural Skills:

  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
  • Ability to lead a team, and grow the team
  • Be well organized and punctual
  • An eye for a very high level to detail, creative
  • Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
  • Ability to withstand some repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
  • Clean drivers abstract and valid G-license
  • Leadership and mentor Skills
  • Ability to stay within job targets
  • Strong customer service skills

Technical Skills:

  • Highly skilled gardener and/or lawn care specialist with 2-3 years experience
  • You have a strong background and knowledge of plants and care of plants
  • You have the ability to to drive a truck and tow trailer
  • Horticultural diploma or certificate an assets
  • Physically fit, and able to lift 30 -50 lbs.
  • Clean drivers abstract and valid drivers license
