Our client is looking for a Stager to join their team and hit the ground running. You will plan, design, and furnish residential spaces in the Durham area. You're driven yet humble, punctual, and reliable, and someone the team and Client can count on to get the job done.Responsibilities: Lead both vacant and occupied staging jobs from consultation to installation and de-staging Meet and coordinate logistics with property owners and real estate professionals, and have an ability to overcome clients differences of opinion when necessary Create custom staging plan for each property, selecting and pulling inventory that will fit the specifications of a given project Provide on-site supervision of staging, and be ultimately responsible for design decisions and execution of the staging plan Coordinate with team members for installations and de-stages Qualifications: Home Staging certification and/or interior design degree/diploma preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in staging design required. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and meet deadlines safely and effectively. An excellent multi-tasker, with the ability to work productively, independently, as well as with a team. Creative problem solver with a 'never settle' attitude, dealing with multiple staging projects and client situations. High-Level Professionalism with an excellent customer service focus Must have a clean driver's record, valid driver's license and be willing to travel throughout the Durham area as required.
