Key Responsibilities:

As an ABX Engagement Strategist at ELEVATE, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to help companies sell more effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • ABX Platform Mastery: Becoming a recognized expert in ABX (Account-Based Experience) platforms, using this expertise to shape journey and engagement strategies that make a real impact.
  • Engagement Dynamo: Your creative and data-driven strategies will drive engagement with buying groups, understanding their unique needs and crafting proposals that drive results.
  • Advertising Alchemist: You will manage advertising initiatives, especially on LinkedIn, setting up and optimizing campaigns that showcase our clients' successes.
  • Data Whisperer: Leverage your data expertise to guide clients in tech stack setup and data system execution, ensuring that data becomes a powerful asset for their success.
  • Website Design: Collaborate with our web design team to create and optimize websites that align with our clients' objectives and enhance their online presence.

Position Overview: The ABX Engagement Strategist will champion the integration of Account Based Experience methodologies across our clientele's sales, marketing, and customer success functions. Through data-driven insights, this role will craft bespoke strategies ensuring seamless customer experiences, driving stronger engagement, and nurturing client relationships at every touchpoint.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Holistic Strategy Development: Harness ABX methodologies to design comprehensive engagement strategies that bridge the ambitions of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  2. Data-Driven Collaboration: Facilitate data sharing and integration between revenue teams, translating insights into actionable plans that enhance the momentum of the buying journey.
  3. Continuous Analysis: Sift through data from diverse sources to gauge the effectiveness of ABX strategies, making data-informed recommendations for real-time optimization.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Engage with both internal ELEVATE teams and external clients to provide updates, share insights, and ensure alignment in ABX initiatives.
  5. Innovation & Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest in ABX trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that strategies are always ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's is a plus.
  2. Experience in account-based marketing, sales, or customer engagement, with a distinct focus on ABX strategies.
  3. Demonstrated ability to spearhead collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  4. Adeptness in interpreting complex data, deriving insights, and crafting strategic plans.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Agility to thrive in a fast-paced consulting landscape and manage multifaceted client engagements.
