Anytime Fitness on Conklin (and our sister club on King George) is one of the few fitness clubs that makes personal training a priority. Anytime Fitness Brantford on King George has been recognized as a high PT earning club. Now it's Conklin's turn! We know how to sell PT and we know how to make you successful. We need the right person to lead this charge.
About you:
Can you tell me your close rate ? Do you track this number monthly? What about renewals? Does that opportunity get your mojo going? Can your list 5 your latest PT success stories without even thinking about it?
If you can answer all the above with excitement in your voice, WE NEED TO TALK !!!!
The responsibilities of this career:
- Selling long term PT packages
- Meeting monthly PT Sales Targets
- Developing and mentoring your staff to be the best trainers possible
- Performing Fitness Consultations and closing sales
- Working with the Regional Manager and club owners to develop targets and realistic sales plans
- Ideally you will be training clients 30-40% of the time and membership follow up, managing your staff the other 60-70%
The "Must Haves" on your your resume:
- You must be a certified trainer with at least 3 years working in the industry with training clients!
- You MUST have experience selling personal training and most importantly see the value of using a coach.
- You MUST be $$$ driven
- You must be outgoing, positive, and hungry to grow!
- You must be a team-oriented individual
- You MUST be personable, presentable, and always have a positive attitude. We work in a "team environment", not in a shark tank!"
We are a 24/7/365 club! Your hours are what you make them, along with the set hours in the club that are mutually agreed upon.
