About the Role


The Customer Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Viv Technologies' proprietary software with external customers. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Viv Technologies' engineering teams and customers' business and operations teams. The person in this role is tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS products, digital technologies and software implementation and training practices.

Though we're currently working remotely, we're only considering candidates who reside in or are in easy reach of the GTA as in-office work will be needed periodically.

  • Develop, deliver, and review customer training materials including presentations, written materials, training videos and customer demos.
  • Conduct discoveries to understand the scope of external customers' business and operational requirements and translate requirements into the implementation process.
  • Develop and execute the implementation plan using project and process management techniques and skills.
  • Assist in obtaining information and communicating between the customer and internal stakeholders to help ensure that external customers' expectations are clear and delivered.
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate thoroughly with internal stakeholders to address questions and track implementation milestones.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management including progress towards business goals.
  • Create and maintain all relevant documentation as required.

You may be a great fit if you have

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous digital health implementation experience highly preferred.
  • Previous start up experience highly preferred.
  • A strong subject matter knowledge of software implementation processes.
  • Excellent organizational, project/process management and presentation skills.
  • A self-driven mindset with a proven track record of attaining results.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to professionally interact with a range of stakeholders.
