Student Works Painting is now hiring FULL-TIME PAINTERS at $18-25/hour in Red Deer and the surrounding area! This includes areas up to Sylvan Lake, Ponoka, and Rocky Mountain House. By choosing our team you are joining a fast-paced, engaging, and supportive work environment. Full-time employment begins at the beginning of May and ends at the end of August.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting through power-washing, priming, repairing surface cracks, scraping, and sanding
- Prime and paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Maintain and clean equipment, painting tools, and jobsites
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
- Collaborate and communicate with team members to crush budgets and produce quality work
Criteria:
- NO painting experience is required!
- A reliable vehicle to get to job sites regardless of where they are located (Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Ponoka, Rocky Mountain House)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Time management skills and a strong work ethic
