Employment Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation: $52,121 to $65,152 per annum (paid travel expenses provided)

Requirement to travel to the following locations: Fairview, Grimshaw, Barrhead, Slave Lake, Whitecourt, Sangudo, Edson, Entwistle, Hinton, Jasper, Grande Cache, Grande Prairie Downtown, Grande Prairie S40

*Due to the nature of this role, interested candidates must hold a valid drivers license and own a reliable vehicle.


Servus is growing! We are currently looking for Mobile Supervisor Member Experience(s) to join our team.

Reporting to the District Manager, your primary goal is to lead and coach our Member Service Representatives so that they can identify our members needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness. You will prepare documents for member meetings, provide regular proactive contact and follow-up with members, handle discussions with walk-in members, and a variety of administrative and branch support activities. You help the branch and our members by processing daily banking transactions and recommending products and services to ensure our members feel good about their money.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to shape members financial fitness
  • Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
  • Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
  • Understanding and meeting the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners
  • Demonstrating an expert understanding of all branch security procedures
  • Opening and reviewing new accounts, following up with members as per member service guidelines
  • With accuracy, processing member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, money orders, credit card advances, calculation of foreign and domestic exchange & cheque cashing
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to different locations, team dynamics, and membership base.

Requirements

To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking /customer service experience and your high school diploma.

Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
