You will be a professional and experienced Training Program Designer who thrives within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning experiences.
• Create educational resources such as eLearning modules, videos, and assessments.
• Utilize learning technologies and tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Stay updated with training design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience designing, developing and facilitating training programs across a variety of mediums and to a range of audiences.
• Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with program design software/tools and learning management systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
