Our client is a large, national leader in Canada and is looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join the team as an employee

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Infrastructure team
• Ensure successful architecture and design, delivery and maintenance of the Server Storage infrastructure, WAN/LAN, Communication and Collaboration tools (both on prem and in the cloud)
• Develop and implement infrastructure, processes and procedures to maximize uptime and protection of data
• Work closely with other functional groups including the development team, security team and the business to ensure delivery of best of breed solutions
• With an understanding of a DevOps environment, help the department deliver solutions quickly

Qualifications:

• Work experience in infrastructure, including up to 5 years of management experience managing an infrastructure team and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence
• Experience supporting the following technologies:
  • Windows Servers
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Storage Systems (Nimble, NetApp, etc)
  • Virtual Infrastructures like VMWare and Microsoft Hypervisor
  • Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)
  • VOIP Systems
  • Cloud Technologies (Azure)
  • Firewall Technologies (Fortinet, CISCO, etc)
  • Network and routing protocols
  • SDWAN solutions
