Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input into project designs.
• Oversee the production of accurate and high-quality drawings and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress, design concepts, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the review and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members to facilitate their professional development.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Must haves:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and detailing.
• Various ICI project experience.
• Proficiency Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural software..
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves:

• LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
