Job Title: Senior Technical Lead/Director of Digital Content

We're seeking a Senior Technical Lead/Director of Digital Content for client's main website. Candidates must be local to Toronto, Canada. The role involves managing a team of web content developers and collaborating with marketing leadership, content creators, and UI/UX designers. Key responsibilities include overseeing content creation, editing, and publishing across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital properties like the client's Capital Markets website.
• Collaborate with marketing and vendors to ensure effective content meeting technical standards.
• Engage in technical and strategic decision-making to maintain consistency across projects.
• Manage a team of 7x people.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical experience in digital content management or web development, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Expertise in web content development, content management systems, web analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.
• Familiarity with personalization and content targeting tools.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments, cross-channel marketing campaigns, and platforms like Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
