About the role:

Working with our client, the Project Manager will leads project from concept to completion, providing the direction and organization required. This role involves building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. The Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges of all the project deliverables.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Project Manager is part of the wider North America team serving the US and Canada. This is a global account with studios across the world that operate as part of a global network. This is a client-facing hybrid onsite position. You will partner daily with regional teammates across project management, copy, and production.

What you will be doing:
  • Work in true collaboration with the client and be responsible for a seamless successful project and product as the outcome
  • Develop client relationships as part of the business pipeline
  • Manage projects from beginning to end with clear communication on a regular basis on milestones, targets, goals and deadlines
  • Plan digital and print projects from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Act as the lead contact for clients during projects
  • Continuously assess working methods and processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Review project resources and provide an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
  • Overall responsible for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the project
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience working with creative teams
  • Marketing and/or Advertising agency experience
  • Experience in CPG (Alcoholic Beverages) preferred
  • Experience working within a portfolio of brands
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
  • Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients
  • Ability to develop and put forward the best process in tackling data gathering and storing
  • Ability to host clear, efficient and productive project meetings for differing stages of the project from kick off
  • Great communication skills that are tailored for the recipients
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service
