Job DescriptionWe're looking for a full-time, experienced line cook to help our chef during service. Duties include:
- Assisting on the line with cooking
- Prepping ingredients
- Helping with inventory
- Maintaining a clean work station
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of five years in a similar role.
- Great working knowledge of Italian cuisine
- A good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of the Italian language is REQUIRED. Both oral & written.
- Food-handler certificate and/or the expectation of obtaining one within 6 months of hire.
